Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we may remove or disable access to relevant material and apply other necessary measures. Incomplete notices may delay review.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including legally required declarations.
- Your name and contact details.
- Identification of removed material and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to applicable jurisdiction requirements.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Misuse and Repeat Infringement
Fraudulent notices, abusive reporting, or repeated infringement behavior may result in action, including restricted access where applicable.
